This week, we travel to Morristown to talk with Isaiah Findley-Pinnock of ESO Artisanal Pasta. In the middle of the pandemic, friends Isaiah, Ayinde (AJ) Sankofa, and Joel Camarillo-Diaz decided to make the entrepreneurial jump selling handmade sauces and pastas. All three grew up in Morristown and worked at Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen. Chef AJ trained under two different Michelin starred chefs, Kevin Sippel at Jockey Hollow (who received his Michelin while working at Alto in NYC) and Andrea Larossa at Ristorante Larossa in Italy. Check out their menu and pick up your favorite pastas at their location inside the Artist Baker in Morristown.
