Jessica’s Cafe | Fine Dining in a Casual Setting
This week, we venture to Plainfield to meet chef Arman Saqe, owner of Jessica's Cafe. Arman has a vision to bring fine dining but in a casual setting. The menu is largely Italian – Neapolitan pizzas and pastas – though there are specials that are French inspired including a foie gras pizza. They also offer brunch on the weekend with classics like eggs benedict and french toast; and I assure you there will be a long wait in the coming months to get a table in the dining room.
